I’m Eugene Shypunov — a CGI / Motion Designer based in Porto, working remotely with teams in the EU and US.
I started learning and working in motion design in early 2017, and over the past almost nine years, my focus naturally shifted toward product CGI and cinematic, camera-driven animation. I work with brands, startups, and creative teams, helping turn ideas into clear, visually strong animations — from product visuals and explainers to cinematic sequences.
My path in motion design hasn’t been linear. Working across different formats, teams, and production setups shaped a practical, production-ready approach. I focus on clarity, pacing, and visual impact — making sure visuals not only look good, but communicate ideas clearly and hold attention.
I work primarily with Cinema 4D, Redshift, and After Effects, and I’m hands-on throughout the process — from early look development and animation to lighting, rendering, and final frames. This allows me to stay close to the work, adapt quickly and keep production predictable.
I’m comfortable collaborating with both studios and in-house teams, integrating into existing workflows and supporting production where an extra level of experience, responsibility, and visual judgment is needed.
